Komplete Kontrol s49 MK II keybed stopped responding after maschine Plus update 0.1.9

Hi all, Has Native Instruments stopped support for the kk MK 2 controllers with their latest maschine plus update? I am at FW 0.1.9 and maschine version 2.18.5 on maschine plus and latest fw on the kk s49 mk II. Before i updated maschine plus everything worked fine. plug in s49 Mk2 in via usb, bam start have fun. Now, plug it in, i can control everything, like browser, plugin view and all buttons BUT any of the keybed. including the light guide. When stand alone everything works, lights when pressed and so on, now, nothing. no sound no light no reaction. So what the ****** is going on? anyone any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance. Same is with current komplete kontrol software 3.5. I really hope they havent dropped the mK 2 allready, that would be a dickmove beyond my customers acceptance. That would most certainly let me move away from anything native faster than i wanted to…

    Nothing changed regarding the mk2 keyboard integration I just checked, Latest firmware and Maschine Plus software update, everything is working as expected.

    Have you tried tyhe keyboard on your desktop computer? Is it working as expected? Is the firmware up to date?

    And please avoid using this kind of language: Community Code of Conduct - Please read before posting 🚀 There's absolutely no need for it.

    i Checked: maschine plus on latest fw and software, s49 MKii on latest firmware. PC latest komplete kontrol, the same, no keybed useable on 2 seperate windows pcs (latest win11 version). I have an older version of Komplete kontrol on another laptop, there everything works fine, keybed reacts, light guide does as it should. directly before the update the s49 worked just fine, now nothing. and sorry when my several hundred € worth piece of equipment stopped working after update, there is some need for lets say, a more direct form of language.

    Then I would start by the following, for your PCs: My Komplete Kontrol keyboard does not start

    For the Maschine Plus, can you check and write the version of the software and the firmware. Please also write down the version of the firmware of the keyboard and the version of the Komplete Kontrol software.

    Can you check the MIDI settings, like here, is the MIDI input set to Focus or None, can you select the MIDI input for the keyboard with the 5th knob shown here? You can post photos of what you see here too, if that can help.
