i am looking for VST instruments for mariachi band; vihuela, guitarron, etc.
i spent a lot of time looking and all i've found was samples but that is not what i am looking for.

As far as I can see then N.I. do not have any Mariachi band offerings .
I did a Google for you and found some stuff but most all of it is hard to determine what is actually a Kontakt instrument more than just some samples. So that you alas will have to check examine/yourself.
