Ozone and Tonal Balance Control

Greetings,
I'm learning how to use all those Izotope tools from "Music Production Suite Pro". I understand that it takes time to figure all ins and outs, however I guess the basic ideas should be set as a base and the rest should be added on top of it with time. And I have hard time to understand the basic concepts.
If Assistant in Ozone sets the "starting point", how come it doesn't set Equalizer the way that would "satisfy" the Tonal balance control? (see attachement)
Why it doesn't reduce lows more (and boost mids harder)? Please explain.
Probably there is something, that I don't know, and if I would know, everything would make sense and I would not have this question?

Hello,
it depends on the target curve you select in TBC 2, I guess there is one where you are within the boundaries with that eq curve.

Hip hop selected for both.

Ok I will have a look but I think both applications have a different purpose but I can't promise I find a good answer, and maybe someone else knows it already
