Bought a Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 and Traktor pro 4 activation is invalid

Hi,

I just bought Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 from a guy on marketplace. I wanted to activate my Traktor 4 pro software. Everything went fine. Added the serial number, it said that your hardware was added, or something like that. But there is only Traktor pro 3 and not 4. I assume that the guy claimed the program before me but im asking if there is any way to claim the software again or if there is any other solution. Please i need help..

    It may be that the S3 was first bought/registered before TP4 was released in which case I think you'll only get a license for TP3. You can always check with support through the link on this page - https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

    If it turns out that you're not entitled to a licence for TP4 now is probably a good time to purchase an upgrade as the Summer of Sound sale is on until the end of June.
