Why is NI support so Terrible..

I feel that they dont care about their customers.. Soon they wont have any customers. I will never buy another product from NI because of Very Bad Service.. Thanks for listening to me.. More Than NI will do..😶

    Well NI support could be better. Simple E-Mail contacts were nice in stead of this hidden Chat/Ticket only system. And as always: Could be a little bit quicker. But all over all I head to deal with NI support at least four times this year and all my matters were dealt with totally as I desired in the end. Took from few hours to a few days always. Okay best support would be a support you'll never have to contact but from my point of view NI support is far away from terrible.

    maybe admin can add an unrest topic and lump these all there?

    Never had a problem with NI support. It was always quick and efficient.

    Yeah NI Supprt in my humble opinion sucks. I have my account hacked and someone is using my name and email and trying to steal my serial number but there is no one to support. I am suspecting their Ni data base could have been hacked and my info was leaked.

    There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
