Can't install nor add product.

I have purchased LOST PIANO by Westwood Instruments a few years ago. I had it uninstalled because I wanted more memory space. Now today I want to re-install it.
It doesn't give me the option to install it, but rather "add product" instead. It can't add the product it seems. The message I get is "the path is invalid". But the location is correct.
I don't know what to do really.

@greenboi This is a third party library, not a Native Instruments one (and not NKS) so you need to download the files from the manufacturer and then activate it with Native Access: Setting Up a Third-Party Kontakt Library

Have you downloaded the piano software from the Westwood site? It looks like it's one of the products you have to download from the vendor then use Native Access to authorise it. According to the Westwood site you need to use an application called Pulse to do the downloads.
