I recently have some new refound love for the event table , these are some amazing flexible modules , despite their age
However yhere is one thing that is bothering me .

The x-offset-range let's you zoom in and move along the x-axis ,so they have essentially the same purpose as the zoom-scrollbar .

But this is only possible when the horizontal zoom bar is shown and at least zoomed in a little bit
Otherwise it just won't work .

Kind off defeats the purpose of the controls .. since the zoombar has be shown .

Disbale the horizontal scrollbar or don't move it and you'll notice the controls won't work

I think event tables are super handy! Even if they're older, they're still really useful and can help you get a lot of things done faster (at least for me), particularly since SVA was implemented. If you don't want to deal with scroll bars, just turn off 'X Auto Fit' and set 'X Alignment' to -100, that should do the trick.

    Great

Turning off the x-autofit does the job , thanks

Now if we could only change the colour of the green play cursor , but it seems that its hard coded .
No way to edit it in the ensemble's colour preferences

Edit : what do you mean by sva ?

With mouse area ( set to incremental mode ) above the ruler section , behaviour of zooming and scrolling is awesome

    Yeah, nice!

SVA is the Snap Value Array module for me : )

Unfortunately Read/Write position lines color for Event/Audio tables can't be changed (afaik). I normally use a multi or poly display for these little things.

    Cheers
