The Seller Does Not Cancel the License?

Hello everyone... I recently purchased a Traktor Z1 mk1 from Wallapop (Spain). I spoke to the seller, who told me he was canceling the product license. But I've been waiting for the license for two weeks and he's no longer responding to my messages. What should I do? I'm sorry about my English, but I'm using Translator. Thanks.

The only thing that you can do is to contact N.I. Support (all) with proof of purchase and a picture of the Traktor Z1 Mk1 serial and see if they can help.

With your purchase, was there some paper stuff in the box with the licence key on it? In this case, the seller just needs to “cancel” their subscription on his native profile and your license key should be reusable (activate) again.

@Taaani-san That's not how the transfer system works now. The seller has to create what's called a "transfer ID" code in their account online and give the code to the purchaser. The purchaser then enters that code in their account which registers the product in their account.
