Izotope Portal not working & nobody at NI is contacting me back.

I fell for the Summer Sale and purchased Ozone Advance 11.
Here's my issue: I am not able to download or login into my updated product portal. I get this message:
YOUR IZOTOPE ACCOUNT IS ALREADY UNIFIED TO A NATIVE ID ACCOUNT. YOU CAN USE YOUR NATIVE ID CREDENTIALS TO LOGIN IN THE FORM BELOW
But it keeps showing the login and does not log me in. I have a Mac running Sequoia. Please help.
How do I download the software I purchased? I tried on both my desktop and laptop. Same issue.
I have contacted native and nobody is helping me or contacting me back. What do I do? There is no way of contacting Izotope anymore.

When trying to login the be sure to not use browser cached password and that you type in the email and password yourself. If the accounts are unified then you should use the N.I. password. However then if you have tried many times then the log-in might end up being blocked somehow.

Have you tried logging in into the iZotope Product Portal to see if that works ?

When did you contact support ? Did you receive a ticket confirmation ? (also check email spam folder) Usually it might take a couple of workdays to receive response but with a sale going on then it could take longer.
What do I do? There is no way of contacting Izotope anymore.
Don't worry. Surely this hiccup is an annoyance but you are sure to get your problem solved and get what you paid for with some patience.
Surely there are a way to contact iZotope as well as N.I. , but all the support has to be initiated through the web-interface.
Please either contact iZotope Purchase & account support or N.I.Support (all) .

I've done all the above. Reinstalled. Deleted Cache and Cookies. Checked Spam. It's been 2 weeks and still not heard from anyone.

Thank you but the Issue of the Izotope Portal not working was not addressed or fixed. I ended up downloading the trial version and activating that with my serial number. I hope someone does address the actual Issue and how to perform future updates. Thank you.
