My account disappeared!

After over 5 years of inactivity with Native Instruments, I recently tried to log back on to purchase an update for Komplete.
At first my password kept getting bounced. When I requested a reset password link, nothing ever came. Finally, I tried "creating a new account" with my old credentials (it had been saved in my browser all these years so I knew it existed before). To my surprise, a new account was created, but all my old licenses and product keys are gone!

I think Native Instruments wiped my account a few years ago. Is there a way to get it back? It's really frustrating to think that I spends thousands of dollars on their products and it all just suddenly disappeared. And their customer support is completely horked - no phone numbers, no way to get a live person.
