I bought a sencond hand Maschine MK3 without serial, i only knows device id. Support cant reachable 3 days ago. How can i get my hardware serial from device id? Support can help?
@geryke01 As my colleagues said, without a serial number it can't be registered, you should get in touch with the seller.
Keep in mind that support usually only works on business days in Germany. And that last weeks Thursday was a holiday in Germany. If someone can help it is NI support.
But every of my NI devices has a sticker with its Hardware serial on it.

Did you already contact support and open a ticket ? If so the wait for support to get back to you.

This made me look at the stickers under my Maschine+ and yes, some of the text is rubbing off.
@geryke01 I notice in your first post you called your unit a Maschine MK3, but the stickers show it's a Maschine Mikro MK3. I'd advise you to modify your post, and also make sure you clarify to support that it's a Mikro.
