New Maschine Plus "registration fail"
Hi fellow Maschine+ users, I just cant seem to get my maschine+ to register. I tried for 2 days now and still nothing. Contacted support but didnt get a functioning solution. Any tips? Something about the serial has to be embedded into the maschine software?

Update: The OP is able to register the product after contacting support: https://bit.ly/n1registr
While the reason can be many things, and sometimes need a replacement unit, in this case it was caused by a missing base product.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I made a support ticket. I find that to be unprofessional. this instrument is expensive and when I receive it, it does not work.

No solution has yet been found by technical support. It's been 3 days that I haven't heard from support despite emails sent. I don't know what's going on with Native Instrument, I should have bought another brand...

Hey I've checked your ticket, It seems your device is defective and it's been agreed that you will get a replacement or a refund. My colleagues from the hardware department will get back to you as soon as possible on how to proceed next. We're really sorry about your experience, this failing registration issue can have a few causes, most of them are easy to solve, in some cases the device is defective and needs to be replaced, sorry that it took so much time.

I'm also unable to get a single tone out of Maschine+ because of this stupid registration process.
Why is there a mandatory registration before I can even get into the menu? Is my money so not enough for you that you block me from using my product because you leech for my personal data?
What's up with you guys. Also, why is there a blocking software when there's 0,0 support? I'll now have to wait for your generousnes until monday?
Also what if you bite the dust? Won't I be able to boot the machine+ again ever?

It seems the unit you had was a back stock from Thomann. The previous owner didn't de-register it. My colleagues got back to you this morning, you should be able to register it now.
