I use mac os sonoma (open core update, cpu intel).

I installed navive access 2 version 3.18 yesterday.
However, there was a phenomenon that the computer stopped when the program started.

I deleted the library information, file, etc, Argeed full disk accss NTK Demon, NA2 several times as NI told me, but 3.18 didn't work in the end.

So, I deleted native access 2.
And, I reinstalled native access 1, and it is currently working well.

Native access 1 is enough for me to download the program now.

my question 1.
I wonder if I have to use native access 2.
what's diffrent Native aceess 2 and diffrent Native aceess 1?

Native access 1 is enough for me. i just use Native accsee for Vst program and library Download.

my question 2.

I want to know where I can download native access 3.17 version.
I want downgrade Native access 2

my question 3.
When are you going to update native access 3.19 version or later?

@hbkim Native Access 1 will not display some newer products. Native Access 1 will be totally discontinued soon. I would recommend to contact our support to fix your issues with Native Access 3.18: https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

Unfortunately, running macOS Sonoma on unsupported Mac computers using OpenCore Legacy Patcher (OCLP) is unsupported, in all likelihood, by Native Instruments (NI).

You can only rely on your own self and other NI users who are using OCLP, or over at OCLP community users to troubleshoot your issues. NI will not be able to help you unless you revert your Mac computer to the last and latest official macOS version it can run on, and using older NI software versions.

Refer to NI Support articles on Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS.

NAv1 is retired. You may still have some success - but that version is missing a lot of newer product.

Rolling back to 3.17 is only good for a single run of NA. As soon as you install v3.17 - NA will auto update to 3.18. There is no way to disable that currently.

And as @victorp.sg already noted - your install is non-standard and most likely not supported by NI.

    Hello everyone,
I found version 3.9.10 since I've been stuck with the new 3.18.1 update since May 16th.

I finally got an email from Support, but I'm afraid I'll have to wait for a real solution.

I've already tried all the suggestions found in the Native tutorials, some of which have been re-offered to me.

Anyway, I tried again, but it wasn't any more conclusive because it was the daemon program (both offered on the installation file and on the page) that is certainly no longer compatible with the Windows 10 version).

Of course, they offered me the new update, which I declined.

At least I can enjoy musical instruments and Kontakt 7; it's better than wasting so much time; I would have loved to compose.
