Purchased RX11 Advanced, No Download Link

So I purchased Izotope's RX11 and have yet to receive a download link and have not been able to get customer service to reply to me. Was I scammed?

N.I. is a very trustworthy seller. There is absolutely zero chance of you being 'scammed'.
However it would help to know where you bought the product.
Anyway , if you bought the product on the N.I. site then your only download option normally is using latest version of Native Access for your OS .
If you bought the product at the iZotope site then it is possible that you still need to use the iZotope Product Portal (but I couldn't say for sure). Also then if you bought on the iZotope site then it is also possible that there exists download links on this page that will transport you to this page. But again I couldn't say for sure what is available to you. But even if the manual downloads are available to you then you should use the Native Access or iZotope Product Portal for download and installation to ensure a hopefully smooth and trouble free activation.

There is no download link for the RX11 package - you need to usey iZotope Product Portal - which you need to download and install from the Izotope web site
Login to it once set up and use your correct credentials and you should see your RX package - ready to be installed.
There is also a migration process ongoing right now for the entire iZotope catalog - where everything will eventually appear in Native Access - but I am not sure if that has been completed yet.
Your best bet is to start with Izotope Product Portal.

Thank you both. I purchased it on Izotopes site through my loyalty offers as an upgrade to my current RX. It has not appeared in the Izotope Product Portal, is not in my Products on NI's site, and is not in the NI app. I have the email confirmation of the order and it's marked as In Progress on the Order History page on NI.

Yeah - if your order says "in progress" - you will need to wait it out a bit.
Busy times right now with the Summer of Sound.

Dang, I definitely figured since it was an upgrade of an older version, it would be a quick process.

Well - I do not think it will take a super long time - but I have experienced this in the past.
Just a bit of patience will be needed.
