when I try to use the code I received from @Ojustaboo it says the code isn’t valid. It doesn’t say that it doesn’t exist or was already used tho. This is the exakt message: The voucher code '*****' is not valid. Please check the voucher details, review the terms and conditions of the voucher or contact support for assistance.
Strange, I’m trying to buy the Komplete upgrade for 299,50€. Could it be the currency? Ist there a difference if it’s euro or pound or dollars? May the code be pound only?

You cannot use any voucher code on anything that is already on sale. That is what this message means.

Think I saw someone mention that the Euro limit was €300? Maybe if you try adding a cheap expansion, it will allow you to purchase?

I also believe that this voucher cannot be used on a "sale" product - like an "already 50% off" Komplete upgrade - but that is not specified.
We might need an official explanation on this. Or maybe you just need to get you cart up over 300 (Before any discount) and then try?

oh really? The last years while summer of sound was running I was totally able to use the promo codes for discounted stuff. As long as the minimum amount was reached it didn’t matter - with some exclusions… when I bought Komplete 15 on sale I also used a 10% voucher. But sure, there may be different codes with different terms and conditions.

Agreed - now that I see that blurb that I posted - maybe you can use it for an additional 10% - as long as you crank that cart up OVER $300 first?

Anyone else seeing a different price when you add an upgrade to your cart? I'm advertised $249.50 in "my komplete offers" and then it goes up to $299.50 when it's in the cart. I'm waiting for someone from NI to join the chat to hopefully sort it out.
I also never got a 10% off email… not sure why. I purchased Komplete 15 ultimate and a few extra instruments awhile back…0 -
