Terribly disappointed with the Kontrol S61 MK3.

Hello, I am very disappointed with my purchase. The keyboard is terribly unstable. To begin with, the DAW control has NEVER worked. There are always unresponsive keys. The control knob only works occasionally. I have to restart the keyboard several times, and in the end, I can only use it as a basic MIDI controller, since the browser functionalities rarely work.
Where can I request a refund? Thank you very much.

As far as refunds, that depends on where you bought it. Normally the retailer that sold it takes care of that unless you purchased direct from NI. The real question here is whether or not you've got the keyboard firmware up to date as well as the current version of Hardware Connection Services to match up with your version of Komplete Kontrol. Even if you purchased it brand new there's no guarantee it's up to the latest versions.

I've never seen all thelights on my keyboard turned on at the same time like in the pictures.

Just to check, the most current version of Hardware Connection Services is 1.9.4, Komplete Kontrol is 3.5.0

Reaper is not on a list of supported DAWs by NI for Mk3 integration.

@Doctorasno Sorry to hear you're having issues with the keyboard. Since you're on Mac, the 1st thing is to make sure that all your NI programs, including the Hardware Connection Service, as well as your DAW(s): How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Always check if everything is working as expected in Komplete Kontrol in standalone as a first troubleshooting step.
