Ozone 10 not available after reinstall

Hi, I have huge issue I am paying for subscription via izotopes sites with monthly payment.
After reinstalling all plugins and managing subscription again, I can no longer install products I payed subscription for. I also sent ticket to izotope and didn't had any respond…
I have managed to find old installers and everything worked until today. It says manage subscriptions? I have all activated and I have re-do subcription update.
I need izotope ozone 10, tonal balance pro and relay. These 3 plugins are not compatible with ozone 11 and new updates, and my old project files and templates I use in sound design and productions with my partner.
I also offered via ticket to buy ozone 10 and had no answer.
Here is proof I have payed subscription and that ozone 10 does not work. Also yes, I have both native access and izotope's product portal installed.
All rest of plugins work flawless.

Hello Bonkerz, I checked your account and it seems like there is no ticket created for your information. So in case you would like to keep in touch with our team directly, you will need to open a ticket one more tiume.
According to the Ozone 10, please keep in mind that, only Ozone 11 Advanced is included in your Music Production Suite Pro subscription that is coming with your Native Access sided subscription. It seems like the Ozone 10 Advanced was the part of your previous monthly subscriptions(in 2024 for example) which have been expired and that is probably why you can't see this anymore in your account. But, if you would like to be sure, you will need to check the Product Portal instead of Native Access, in thjis case.

Hi,
There must be confusion from my end, I have bought new PC and reinstall everything in April.
I did check product portal, and its not there, however I did download ozone 10 from izotope's website here: https://www.izotope.com/en/products/legacy-products.html
The products Ozone 10 Advanced and Tonal Balance Pro worked for a month then stopped, but Ozone 10 is not showing in Product Portal.
Somehow relay is working, and I don't know how, but I am happy atleast i have 1 plugin.
Also you can see I have installed izotope's Tonal Balance Pro, but its not working from screenshot, I tried also to update product portal and no luck.
Fact that I am not having ozone 10 advanced broke my project files, mixer channels and much complications, due to me having to work with a partner who I believe has komplete access and ozone 10.
I understand that ozone 11 is much superior tool, but you can see my frustration when I can't open my project files, mixer channels that I spent months on, working with clients, my partner etc.
Is there posibility to offer FULL purchase of ozone 10 advanced or somehow add it into my account, so that I can still pay subscription? Any of these would help and I apriciate your answer.0 -

If this is true that Native just over night removed Ozone 10 from the subscription without prior notice this is a huge disappointment and affects many of my ongoing sessions as i prefer Ozone 10 Maximizer over Ozone 11, it just sounds better to my ears.
Where is the point of taking it away from user with active subscriptions. Been subscribed to it via Izotope for a long time and the whole migration process has been a very user unfriendly experience. In that case i will be better of buying an old Ozone 10 license than keeping the subscription, as this is the main thing i'm using off it anyways.
Seriously as a professional this is not why i'm actually paying for software to get deprived of it over night. The claim that it was only part of it in 2024 is false as it was working find until yesterday. Thanks for understanding and bringing it back!0 -

Hey I'm having this issue also.. It was working fine for me whilst on izotope product portal but after moving to Native Access I've lost Ozone 10 Advanced. It's saying I need to authorize it.
My current sessions are a mix of Ozone 10/11 so its meant some older projects that are still on-going have a non-functional Ozone 10.
Is there a work around for this? why was it part of the subscription then taken off?0 -
