Hello, when I start Reaktor player 6 it only works for 30 minutes and asks for activation.
Also, I uninstalled version 5 and removed the .json file, but it still shows up in Native Access.
Can anyone help with these issues?

So depending on what you play, it could only work for 30 minutes.

Yes alas then that is how it is : Player version :
Access to Primary and Core to create new instruments from scratch : 30 min. in demo mode
Access to User Library featuring over 3,000 free instruments : 30 min. in demo mode
No ability to use 3rd-party instruments running in REAKTOR
No ability to Save and recall snapshots and Ensembles
    REAKTOR BLOCKS not included

Most economic way of getting the full versions of the N.I. apps is always getting Komplete 15 Standard or higher tier at a sale. : Compare Komplete 15 bundles (check section : Legendary synthesizers)

I have licenses for Reaktor 5 player and Reaktor 6 player. I just want to play the sounds.

You do not need a "license" for any Player series instrument.

They are free and do not require any activation. Should be able to simply install and use them.

If you only have player licenses then there are limitations to use that can only be removed by buying a full version license .

Try checking this page and the links at the bottom of the page : Why is Reaktor Player Running in Demo Mode? ( REAKTOR 6 PLAYER vs full version comparison chart and FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON REAKTOR 6 PLAYER )

I can see that now. So depending on what you play, it could only work for 30 minutes. I haven't used Reaktor in any project yet, I just like to have things working for when I need them.

Thank you, and do the 3rd-party instruments that work on the player versions also work on the full versions of Reaktor, Kontakt, etc?

    Thank you,

    You are very welcome 🙂

do the 3rd-party instruments that work on the player versions also work on the full versions of Reaktor, Kontakt, etc?

Anything that works in the Player version of a N.I. app most certainly ought also work in the Full version. The Full versions of the apps in general ought not only allow you to do anything that same generation of the Player version does but also that much more.

There has been some discussion about Reaktor as such over here : "Vadim Zavalishin ( reaktor main developer ) now works at u-he" where people in general are afraid that N.I. one day will announce that they retire Reaktor so that it is not sold anymore and will not receive maintenance updates and so on. But so far that is all pure speculation. And anyway then if you get the full version of an app then it is yours to keep and to use for as long as that it can run on your computer/OS now and in the future.

Personally then I can warmly recommend the Full version of Reaktor and of other N.I. apps , and with respect to Reaktor then the full version will also allow you to get access to use all the stuff from the REAKTOR User Library (to the extend that it works on present version of Reaktor)(a few does not for one reason or the other)

And also then not only is getting Komplete 15 Standard or higher tier at a sale the most economic way of getting the full versions of the N.I. apps but by getting Komplete 15 Standard (or higher tier) you will also get a lot of stuff that can be used with Reaktor 6 , both Reaktor synths and blocks.

For use with full version Reaktor then you can also get more existing blocks like from ToyBoxAudio and UnfilteredAudio (a small portion from both is free) .

For general Reaktor 6 full version documentation then please check the Reaktor 6 downloads page. However then please notice that some Reaktor documentation is found only in the manuals listed as for Reaktor version 5.

    Also check the LEARNING RESOURCES.

About the second part of my post, uninstalling Reaktor 5 does not reflect in Native Access (see image at top).

    • I uninstalled from Windows 10 settings
    • I deleted related .json file
    • I deleted all related folders in C:
    • I deleted dozens of related entries in the Windows Register

I don't know what else to do, Native Access keeps showing it there without options, where does it get the notion that I have it installed?

Check if it is listed in the NI reg tool if so then remove it.

Else then you can try the trouble-shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Reaktor product XML) then reboot to see if it helped.

I deleted dozens of related entries in the Windows Register

Bad idea , better to try removing the Reaktor 5 using the "Forced Uninstall" function of the TRIAL version of Revo Uninstaller Pro .

Please notice that it's always a very good idea to make a manually made restore point prior to meddling with the registry. And even better is making a drive image based system drive backup.

    Thank you for your help.

I used the NI Uninstall reg tool, deleted Reaktor 5. Opened NA, still there.
I went to the troubleshooter you linked, followed every option and tested. Nothing changed.
I tried the Revo Uninstaller Pro Trial but Reaktor 5 doesn't appear in the list. Opened NA, still there.

I made backups yesterday just in case. But at this point I don't even think the problem is in my computer.

I click to contact Support and the browser loops back to the same page (log in to contact support). How can I get a support ticket?

Is this a dead end? I don't want to uninstall everything NI and start from scratch.

    still there.

    Sorry about that.

Usually then when you have done all that you have , including "removed the .json file" (from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products) then it ought to be gone.

N.I. support ought to be able to help you , unless that it is one of those subscription related issues.

If you can not make a ticket then please try another browser as suggested and if it keeps being a problem then we will call for Customer Care to help you make a ticket. :

Please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

Hello, I managed to contact support using Edge. Firefox was giving me problems with the support page.
And I finally got a ticket #4555663, and sent the report file zip.
I hope the solution is near.
