Where the heck are my IZOTOPE PLUGINS!??

Native Instruments,

I am completely confused.

I have been paying for the Izotope Bundle (thru Izotope), now when I launch my DAW (Presonus Studio One) its telling me that certain Izotope plugins (Nectar, etc) are handled via NI.

I logged into Native Access (after it getting an error trying to update, spending 1 hour finally getting in reinstalled) and my Subscription (to Izotope) products are NOT visible in Native Access.

What is going on, whom and what am I paying for now?? How can I regain access to my Izotope plugins?!?!

I have since 'migrated' my Izotope and NI ID. And still nothing for Izotope showing in Native Access.

I think I found the issue… somehow after 1/1/25, the subscription (via Izotope) stopped, and I have just know got around to noticing! So I have merged accounts, and RE subbed to the trial $19.99 a month via NI and now the subsription is showing in Native Access!

Because of the nature of your problem then I am not sure that this is going to help but you could still try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

When I login to my NI account online (desktop) it says I have NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! Where are my Izotope plugins??

Unless you bought them in the NI store (which you say you didn't) then surely you access them the same way as before - through iZotope Product Portal - I have my account migrated too but I still need Product Portal to access my iZotope plugins

Contact supplier of subscription : for iZotope subscription then iZotope Purchase & account support , and for N.I. subscription N.I. Account Support .

Sidenote… I AM successfully logging in to Izotope Portal, but certain plugins are no longer showing, such as Nectar 4.

Is that moved/migrated to NI??
