So a serial code was sent to my profile this morning, but now when I go to regester it, it says "I don't have the base bundle"? I didn't buy the crossgrade or upgrade, I bought the full version of Komplete 15 Ultimate. This is my first time buying any Komplete I don't understand how this is continuing to happen? It is just one problem after another. In my Native Access, I only have the demo versions of this and it will not accept the serial number provided to me in my NI account. Native Access log in and profile are the exact one used for the provided serial number. What am I missing here? I spent a lot of money on this over 3 days ago now, and have yet to be even able to use it…
