Komplete 15 Ultimate says "I don't have base product?"

So a serial code was sent to my profile this morning, but now when I go to regester it, it says "I don't have the base bundle"? I didn't buy the crossgrade or upgrade, I bought the full version of Komplete 15 Ultimate. This is my first time buying any Komplete I don't understand how this is continuing to happen? It is just one problem after another. In my Native Access, I only have the demo versions of this and it will not accept the serial number provided to me in my NI account. Native Access log in and profile are the exact one used for the provided serial number. What am I missing here? I spent a lot of money on this over 3 days ago now, and have yet to be even able to use it…

    If the serial is already in your NI Account - it does not need to be added again within Native Access.

    Please check your Ni account and confirm that you see a Full K15 ULT license registered there.

    This will be the most expensive option for ULT ever so you will know (by what you paid) if it is the full license or not.

    Yes, I got the full version. I bought it with a S49 MK3. Total was over 1,350 after taxes and shipping. Although it doesn't say "Full" in my products and serial? This is the version I got, and nowhere in it does it specify it is an upgrade. It states the keyboard and the full version. I'm the invoice it has Komplete 15 listed at $750 (50% off full version price)

    Ah yes. This is a “bundle” license.

    You need to register your new keyboard to your account first. That is your “base” product.

    After the keyboard is good to go - your K15 ULT license will also be good.

    Did you enter your Kontrol S49 Mk3 hardware serial number into Native Access? This is used to register your Kontrol Keyboard into your NI user account as well as to register and activate the bundled Komplete 15 Select software. Komplete 15 Select is the base bundle here; the Komplete 15 Ultimate license in your purchase is the upgrade license from Komplete 15 Select, so without a base bundle, you get that message when you try to register your upgrade license.
