Komplete update question

I'd like to know if I can sell a K14CE update (from 13CE) once I buy 15CE update? Will the 13CE be considered as a base product so selling 14CE update will not affect 15CE?

What the knowledge base says is a bit confusing:

If you registered an Update / Upgrade / Crossgrade and sell the qualifying base product, the Update / Upgrade / Crossgrade license becomes inactive - because you need the qualifying base product for the Update / Upgrade / Crossgrade in your account. For instance, if you upgraded Komplete 13 to Komplete 15 Ultimate, you cannot remove Komplete 14 from your account without Komplete 15 Ultimate becoming invalid.

Any product that was used as springboard (especially with a very nice discount) to "upgrade" to another product is considered to be part of the license.

So - if you went K13CE→K14CE Update→K15CE - I believe this is consider all one license.

That said - I believe you certainly can sell K14CE but that move will permanently deactivate your new K15CE.

I think that it is possible that if you remove the K14CE update from the account (e.g. set for transfer) then it should no longer be on account and then that ought to let you update from the 13CE to 15CE update .

But you might not be able to remove the K14CE if you keep it once that you bought the 15CE.
