Native Access keeps showing Download Failed when I try to update Traktor Pro to 4.2

Windows 11.
It was working until Thursday, then, suddenly, it stopped working.
I installed Traktor Pro 4.2 without problems, but there seemed to be some installation issue, so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it again from Native Access… Then I got the message Download Failed, and it just stopped working altogether.
I have reinstalled Native Access, turned the self detect proxy off, turned the firewall off…. Blablabla… Tried everything, but still not working.
Can anyone supply some support? Thanks!!!

One ulterior attempt you can do: check in the folder where NA puts the downloads if a (corrupted) file remained.
In that case, delete it and try to download again
(Corrupted files prevent new downloads to succeed)

Thanks for your suggestion: there are no corrupted files in the folder… I wonder who works at NI? I wrote to them on Thursday and then on Friday and Saturday, but still no answer…. Do they realize they sell equipment and soft for DJs, who work over the weekend??

Hi! Thanks for the tip. I have tried it, but no good. Let me tell you the exact sequence that brought me here:
May 2nd.
NI suggests that I update to Traktor Pro 4.2. I follow the suggestion. For some reason, Traktor Pro does not work after updating. I reinstall it from Native Access (at this point Native Access was working fine), and now Traktor 4.2 works, but it seems to have problems to retrieve my settings from the previous installation (Traktro Pro 4.1.1). So I do not have my settings.
I decide to reinstall Traktor Pro yet again. Native Access still working without problems, but Traktor Pro 4.2 still seems unable to retrieve my previous settings, dooming me to a fresh start. So I decide no way, and I uninstall Traktor Pro 4.2 to try and make a completely fresh start.
On Friday May 3rd, I try to use Native Access for my fresh start. But it does not work. When I try to download Traktor Pro, or any other software, the application says "Download failed", and it queues the download. It does so almost inmediatly. No further information is offered.
Thus, I find myself on a weekend having to work, without Traktor Pro, and without the means to download it!!!!!!!! Fortunately I found a backup copy of Traktor Pro 4.1 and could work.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access time and again, cleaned the registry, deactivated my firewall… I even refreshed my windows 11 installation.
No good. All the time the same problem: Download Failed. And the reinstallation is queued. Instantaneously.
At this point, I think that your server may be denying my requests as I used too many installations on May 2nd. But who knows?
I need help. My system was working perfectly on May 1st, before you guys suggested me tu update it…
