Unsubscribe

in Tech Talks

When i try to unsubscribe from these posts, it says 'invalid". Been tryng for 3 days. C'mon NI. -yr filling my inbox

    It's ok, i figure it out. It is the email client.

    When people get notifications there is always an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the mail…

    @jkuban i already answered your question, above.

    The only way to stop getting email notifications is through your profile here, as i described.

    Unsubscribe through email is not working and it is not up to Native Instruments to fix it, because it can not. The forum provider is Vanilla Forums and they provide this space and this is their policy (we also don't like this, but we can't do much).

    Hello,

    there is no unsubscribe option in the forum (this is not up to us but of the forum provider, Vanilla Forums).

    What you can do, is to go in your profile and click "edit profile"

    then, go to "notification preferences" (on the right side)

    there, you can enable/disable multiple options (for example, to never get email notifications)

    those below, works best for me, but you can deactivate more if you wish:

    I cannot unsubscribe from discussion posts. I click unsubscribe and get this message Unsubscribe token is invalid.Please try again later. This going on for weeks. Way too many messages. Also, it's not my responsibilty to contact the service NI uses.

    Please do not open duplicate discussions on same topic, if need be then update existing thread.

    Did you follow Sunborn's advice ? If you have an issue then you need to follow the advice given and then give feedback on it , even if it did not work.

    I don't know , I comprehended it as if jkuban were using the expression loosely about his profile settings and otherwise I expected that he will tell us now that I have asked for him to respond to your suggestion clear up the matter… I saw not other way to handle this at this point than to try to direct the thread back on track..
