TP4 - track playing super slow but not crashing - is there a log file I can submit?

TP4 Running on Win 11 Del Latitude 5420 i7 16 GB RAM.
Did have some issues with DPC latency but managed to get latency to around 750ns by disabling battery management and a few other bits.
Traktor generally works fine but it sometimes trips into playing a track at a crawl, like it’s gone down to 10 bpm and the only way to resolve is to restart Traktor. Traktor doesn’t crash so I don’t know if the crash log would be created during the session.
I’d like to submit a support ticket, before I do I’d like to submit as much info as possible - crash log or any other metrics to support the investigation.
Any advice welcome!

Hello,
after contacting support native might give you an analyzing tool you have to open up, then it will create some log files you then send back to support. Have you tried to re-analyze the tracks? And what audi interface do you use with what driver?

Thanks, I'll contact support and see what they say.
Using a Z2 for audio, ASIO. Re-analysing doesn't make a difference and the issue doesn't affect particular files - it can happen to a track which has played fine before.
