Looking at your screen shot you only have that update license ins your account. This is a bit strange as this license needs a license for a qualified base product (in that case Traktor Pro 2). Also if registered correctly you also should have an entry for the hardware itself. Usually this would be the entry (and only this entry!) you need to transfer if you are selling this hardware. The buyer gets own licenses of the software then with the transfer ID.

How long do you have your S4 registered? More than 60 days? You can not transfer products you haven't registered 60 days or less ago.

You know the support article about buying / selling NI products second hand: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210288845-Buying-or-Selling-a-Native-Instruments-Product-Second-Hand

But it looks like you have to contact support in your case.

The point here is about the Hardware license not being proposed.

The license for Traktor seems perfectly ok (it’s not an update, it’s a Full Version) and as already said, it’s also correct, being a “for HW” version, that it’s “Not transferable”, being bundled with the hardware. It can’t be sold alone.

The thing you must pursue is the correct maniacintosh81 affirmation:

”you also should have an entry for the hardware itself. Usually this would be the entry (and only this entry!) you need to transfer if you are selling this hardware”

ive had the controller for about 2 - 3 years im guessing the HW stands for hardware. the controller did come with the traktor pro 2 keycode which i key'ed in and got pro 3 instead im not sure why it doesnt list the controller either. ill see what NI say

As already written by Lif then the Traktor Pro 3 for HW is not transfer able because it is base software for hardware that comes with the controller/hardware.

In general then if the hardware unit comes bundled with free base software then whoever buys the hardware unit and registers it to their account should also get their own free copy of the base software. Also the hardware unit serial must be transferred by who has the unit registered to their account now by making a transfer ID and give that to the buyer to use. What unit that you got the Traktor Pro 3 for HW with I don't know but rules in general are how I have explained here.
