The volume faders are not working properly on my traktor kontrol S2 mk3

in fact, all mixer controls are not working. Left right faders is working and tempo faders are working.

Any ideas gratefully received!

    Hey!
    Can you give us more details about your computer and version of Traktor?

    Also, what exactly is not working. Could you be more specific with your issue please?

    Of course, thank you for getting back to me.

    I am running traktor pro versio 3.11.1 17 on a macbook pro with OS ventura 13.7.4.

    None of the controls in the central console (mixer) of the traktor kontrol s2 mk3.

    So I can load up tracks into either channel and they will play (the play and tab buttons are working) and I can switch between them using the left right fader at the bottom, but apart from the master volume, none of the knobs or faders on the mixer have any effect.

    Oh okay I see, this sounds weird.

    Do you have Full Disk Access enabled?

    Also, have you tried it with any other USB cables?

    Hi there, thank you for your help - this has fixed the majority of the problem, but there does seem to be something wrong with the right hand channel of the kontrol S2. The left channel is working well now, but in the right channel the volume fader is crackly and when the volume is completely down the track is still playing quietly.

    What does the GUI software fader do when you use the hardware fader?
