My Traktor Pro 3 kept crashing with no reason

It has been a year since i began to use traktor s4 mk3 to do DJing. But now i am considering quit traktor: My TP3 kept crashing on my win11 system. Though I have reinstalled my system, the problem insists. The software even unable to run 10 minutes-meaning that i won't use it in any performance. I hope someone will tell me how to solve this, or i have to sell out my machine and software sooner or later.

    Luckily, when it crashed a crashlog file was created and there's a link to it :)

    Did you provide your crashlog to the Native Instruments technical support?

    Thanks for the reminder, I've tried but just find out that the support channel seems to be closed temporarily due to maintenance. I will provide the crashlog to NI later.

    BTW I just completed a performance with my old laptop running win10. No crashing but i still want to do DJing with my main computer...
