Some instruments get installed and others don't in Native Access

Hi there :)

I wanted to install Komplete Kontrol 11 on my new Mac. I downloaded the newest version of Native Access and granted all the permissions it needs (Full Disk Access and Files & Folders). Some instruments were installed properly (e.g. The Grandeur) while others failed (e.g. The Giant). I have enough memory on my Mac. Can anyone help? Thank you so much.

It depends on the errors that were reported on the ones that didn't install. The more info you can provide, the better help you can get.

I think you need to check the version of Kontakt being installed.

The Giant requires Kontakt 7.6 or higher and if you are actually installing Komplete 11 (which was retired long ago) - I am guessing you probably have Kontakt 5 at best.

You will need to make some upgrade decisions - on Kontakt for sure - sooner than later.

Thank you so much for your answers. The reported errors were either download failed or installation failed. It always told me to grant full disk access, which I did. The thing is, that I tried to reinstall it and now less products get installed. Maybe it has something to do with the licensing.
I have Kontakt 7 and 8 now, so that might not be the problem.
    kind regards

If you have Kontakt 7 and/or 8 available - then The Giant should be fine. However download failures are a different issue altogther.

Hello fili, for the "download failed" issue:

If you are receiving the "Download Failed" error message, please perform the following steps:

    1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
    2. Click iCloud on the right, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.

    For the "Installation Failed" issue:

please be sure that you are using the latest version of the Native Access 2. Here is the link that you can download the latest version of the Native Access 2 below:
