I get an error message after entering serial number for new mk3 in native access

I purchased a bundle package with the Kontrol s88 mk3 bundled with the software upgrade to komplete ultimate. When I log in to native access and then go to put in my hardware serial number for my mk3 I get this error message: 'An error occured while processing your serial. Please refer to this guide for more information." I have correctly put in the serial number and nothing seems to be working. Any ideas what could be wrong here and how to fix it? I cannot even register my komplete 15 ultimate serial number until I can get this base keyboard serial number registered.
