I get an error message after entering serial number for new mk3 in native access

I purchased a bundle package with the Kontrol s88 mk3 bundled with the software upgrade to komplete ultimate. When I log in to native access and then go to put in my hardware serial number for my mk3 I get this error message: 'An error occured while processing your serial. Please refer to this guide for more information." I have correctly put in the serial number and nothing seems to be working. Any ideas what could be wrong here and how to fix it? I cannot even register my komplete 15 ultimate serial number until I can get this base keyboard serial number registered.

Yes I got to step 3 to try to register the serial number and that's where the error message happens. Yes I also have enabled full disk access for Native Access & NTKDaemon

And you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? Have you attached an USB-C PSU to the keyboard ?
Do you have the possibility to try another port like using an USB-C to A adapter while using the PSU also or try using a self-powered USB-C hub ?

Thank you both. I have been in touch with Sweetwater tech support who were not able to fix the issue today after doing everything they could. They ended up opening a ticket today for this issue with NI. I also opened one last night before I spoke with Sweetwater. I am hoping someone can get back to me soon. Yes I am running the latest version of native access for my os.
