Kontrol S88 MK3 - remains in MiDi-Mode

Hallo, my very new Kontrol S88 MK 3 is connected to a Win10-PC. I was just editing the MiDi-Setup, but now I can't get out of it. So I cannot come back to the Browser. Nevertheless I am really connected via USB C to Komplete Control and can play all sounds I've editing on the computer. I have extra full power supply. In the manual you can read: "As soon as a Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol instance is found on your computer (running as a stand-alone application or as a plug-in on the track currently selected in your DAW), your keyboard automatically switches from MIDI mode to Plug-in mode and lets you control this instance. But it doesn't do so.
What is going wrong? What shall I do?
There a no such problems with my 2 years old S49 MK2.
Waitin hopefully and thanks a lot for any advice

Thank you Uwe! But it didn't work. The "Browse"-button isn't aktive and so it dosn't work. I can't find a "Plugin"-button. And also no keyboard sign within Komplet Kontrol on the top right. I show you the situation.
But I have a new experience with my S 49 (MK2). I've …

You still ought to try using an USB-C hub , please check discussion here and forward.
Else then what is your Native Access and Komplete Kontrol version ? You need to use Komplete Kontrol version 3.x.x. to use with the MK3 keyboard .
Also then as far as I know then you can not have two N.I. keyboards connected to the same computer using USB.
Also I'd advice you to set keyboard to Midi 1.0 unless that that you have a specific reason not to : How to Switch a Kontrol S-Series MK3 Keyboard to MIDI 1.0
Can I Use More than One Kontrol S-Series MK3 Keyboard Simultaneously?
Using more than one Kontrol S MK3 keyboard simultaneously on the same computer (e.g. Kontrol MK3 and another Kontrol MK3 / MK2 / A or M keyboard) is not supported.
This can lead to inconsistent communication between your computer and the keyboards and cause a number of instabilities.
If you want to use two MIDI keyboard controllers simultaneously, it is possible to use a second non-Kontrol MIDI keyboard controller, as this should not interfere with the Kontrol integration.

it might be the kontrol mk2 overriding the mk3 in komplete kontrol , what happens if you put the mk2 in midi mode .
In maschine there’s a controller select option , little icon near the transport , that lets you select which controller you want in focus, is there that option in kk
