No sound in Maschine 3 software
I have connected my Maschine Plus to the Maschine 3 software. It controlls the software, but I cannot get any sound out of it. I am using Focusrite Scarlett Solo interface and have chosen this for Mac, but I don't see where I can choose the interface in Maschine 3 software. The interface plays audio for everything else on my computer. Maschine + is connected via USB and is set to controller mode. On Mac, sound output is zero for the interface, but is greyed out and slider cannot be moved. However, when I switch the sound source to the mac speakers, no sound comes out either, and slider is active here. Can anyone assist?
Thanks

Thanks to all who have assisted. My "Duh" moment was figuring out that the left column on the opening preferences page were actually tabs to the other preference menus. I tapped on audio (as Kymeia said) and I chose my audio interface. All is working. Thanks!

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Try checking if ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon and Maschine 3 have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

I appreciate the advice. When I checked for full disk access for Maschine 3, it was not present. So I added Maschine 3 and gave it full disk access. NTKDaemon was already there. I restarted Maschine 3. Still no sound, unfortunately. The Maschine Plus perfectly controls the software, just no sound. All versions are up to date. Still stuck.

I do not know much about Mac and can only offer advice on most common things to check.
But I know that sometimes when you do not get audio on Mac then it is a Privacy settings issue so maybe check that just in case. ?
Otherwise then I just spotted this app for Mac , since it has a trial then you also test that to see if the settings in that could give you an idea ?

You select the audio interface and I/Os here

My preferences page looks different. Like this:
I cannot chose any drivers here.

You don't have to the audio preferences panel selected (you are on 'General' preferences) - go to 'Audio' to select your audio interface
Then also go to 'MIDI' to select your MIDI inputs

Best advice here is to read the manual.
