    I hope this can also be implemented well with the S3, because the S3 has no (“%surface%.mute”, “%surface%.record”) buttons.
    whether I make a switch so that (keylock, sync buttons) get the options of (mute, record).🤔

    Which buttons will you use for the remix?
    I am curious😊

    Capture (Source) will be enabled by holding down REMIX while the deck is a remix deck. In the case of the S3, this could be done with the SAMPLES button.

    I trust you are doing well, I see that this thread has the most momentum… lol

    Question (To Those Owning an S3)

    Has anyone tried to see where or how to adjust the Jogwheel Tension for a more accurate response?
    At times when I place my hand on the platter, moving it back and forth, it does not respond immediately, it is as if I have to pull back or push forward with slight force pushing down on the platter before the scratch feature enables.

    I am not sure if it's a physical adjustment within the controller or not.
    I own 2 other units, A Roland DJ-505 and Pioneer DDJ-T1 DJ Controller.

    I have not opened the Roland to see what is cooking inside, but my Pioneer I have yes, and with some help from a fellow DJ long ago after I received the unit, there is a dialer that needed to be unscrewed, removed and inserted back in position but matching the desired setting number.
    After that, the platter is well responsive and I love it!

    Just wanted to know if anyone has done some digging perhaps.

    Thanks for the great work and effort being put into this unit.

    I created a video, the beginning shows your problem and how to fix it🙂

    S3 Jog Wheel Sensitivity Adjustment VIDEO:

    to save the setting, the left play button must be pressed and hold until the led goes out.

    otherwise, save does not work, nor does the right play button. this is wrong in the description from NI.😆

    I've startest uploading my Sets im 2023. Because im constantly forgetting to make backups of my recorded sets....(birdbrain) But then, i thought of youtube....💡

    Only three words, that's enough...

    i never really wanted to make bling bling videos for my Sets but you have to upload video format. So i've added randomly visualizers and animations or album covers but the video producrion took wice as much work as the music part... And it's boring as Fu**k 😅

    This new Video is the first one with a "real" video content. It was ment as first test to find a good Camera psition. Therefore I just played hrough a few of my newest tracks and goofed around with some buttons.

    But...., at the end of the day the mini-set came out quite nice for a cam-test.So I've decided to use it together with the tedt-video which only consists of one large and two small clips which I repeated once to stretch the video over the entire length of the audio track.

    I guess that's all, Folks !

    @I'm not really active on forums or social media anymore.😛
    the one on NI is more of an exception because Sûlherokhh shares his qml work here and always gives me good tips when I have problems (but it's also fun to “play” with equally crazy people again😘). if I can get over myself and set up an account on youtube, I'll follow such a nice invitation.😊

    we have to get back on topic now, otherwise we'll get a rebuke from the "boss"😄

    I have fallen in love😍, I watch videos on youtube all the time and am totally impressed with the Maschine, it is a monster🤗, I have to have this thing, my Propellerhead Reason would definitely be happy to feed the monster.😛
    I'm going to watch a few more videos, it's fun to watch. I get a real tingle in my stomach just watching it🤪. it's a cool thing and it's made of aluminum, very cool🤩

    Update for Version 9 Beta 1 (WiP):

    New Stem/Remix Controls:

    • SHIFT+STEM will let you switch between FX and Stem controls. This is just a provisionary toggle i plan to refine.
    • FX Knobs control Stem channel Volume/Filter as Superknobs: Turn left to control Volume, turn right to control High-Pass Filter.
    • FX Buttons control Stem channel FX Send.
    • Soft takeover both for FX parameters and Stem parameters.

    So, what's missing and in the works?

    • Screen Feedback, in particular Soft takeover indicators in the manner of S8/D2/S5 screens.
    • A more elegant toggle and LED feedback for stem overlay.
    • Remix deck slot controls in the same manner.
    • Remix deck cell capture functionality.

    Have a go with the stem controls. Any problems switching back and forth? Anything not working as it should? So far, i am pretty happy with the results but i am only one man when it comes to finding bugs.
