Generally then you are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Unless that you already tried this then , try this :

Uninstall Kontakt 5

Then run the NI reg tool and remove Kontakt 5 if there

Then reboot

Then download Kontakt 5.8.1 and run installer from ISO as an Admin to see if that helps

Run Native Access as an Admin

Then run Kontatk 5 as a standalone

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

Else then maybe give us a screenshot of any error(s) when trying to use Kontakt 5 standalone

I've tried it, and it works as Kontakt (Standalone).

Well , at least that sounds as progress compared to your initial post : "But as standalone or DAW (Cubase 14) nothing."

But when I try to run the plug's via Komplete Kontrol standalone or in DAW (Cubase 14) it does not load the plug's. I've scanned it and everything looks right, no splash screens or nothing.

The standard attempt to fix Komplete Kontrol problems is this (delete the KK DB) : My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete , and then run KK as standalone first prior to using in a DAW.

If problem persists in DAW then you might want to try to rest/re-can plugins and also test with new project.
