Kontakt 8 Player 8.2.1 disaster

Hello guys,
I confirmed installation of the update to 8.2.1, however, after this everything went south - the installation never finishes (I waited once for 40 minutes) and the installation directory was suddenly deleted. I guess the update is reinstallating the product, however apparently it stucks before installating it. Now I ended up with impossibility to use it. I did complete reinstall of anything related to Native Instruments - also deleted C:\Program Files\Native Instruments and C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Native Instruments, I reinstalled Native Access which offers me to Repair - however, still the same, installation is still ongoing but nothing happens (I have good PC, I guess installation of 1.46GB application should be fast).
What to do now? Where are some logs?

And also why it is installing "Kontakt 8 Player update" when there is no Kontakt 8 installed. How can I remove that app and start over again?

Why there is Kontakt 8 and also Kontakt 8 8.2.1 exes running at both time? Guys, there must be something rotten.

Did you also delete the
Kontakt 8.json
file, located underC:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
, when you uninstalled Kontakt?If not, then it might explain why Native Access says "Repair" and still thinks that it's installed.
