Upgrade Bundle for Kontakt 8 not appearing in Native Access

I bought the Kontakt 8 Upgrade bundle (Not Kontakt Player) about 4 days ago. I have returned to NI after 2 or 3 years when I had Kontakt 6.8 I have had no problems with Native Access and all my instruments have installed there OK. I have also got Kontakt Player 8. However…. The Upgrade Bundle for 8 does not appear in my Native Access Library. I have tried all the various 'refresh' suggestions. Support has been slow and useless. So I am unable to even download it, let alone install it. Support sent me the upgrade to Kontakt Player instead of what I asked for. (And the version they sent me was older than the one I have. 8.2.0 instead of 8.2.1) So I am getting nowhere with this and feel I spent 99 euro for nothing. Is the problem that I have v6 of Kontakt and can't upgrade directly to v8? In my v6 Kontakt app it says, top right, v7 is available. However when I click that I get an 'oops something went wrong message'.

All versions of Kontakt standalone. You will never see an upgrade option or warning from one version to the next.

You can have all three installed all at the same time.

Bigger questions are what are using for your OS? What version of Native Access are you using?

Buying the bundle simply turns Player to Full. You will not see any additional software suddenly appear.

The two are identical code separated by a retail serial.

Looks to me like you are good to go.

    For your information…

Kontakt (Full) and Kontakt Player are one and the same app. It is the License Serial Number that dictates whether the app will run in Full mode or Player mode, and also tells Native Access not to or to display the " Player" text in the title.

OK - that is all good.

Next - I would check your actual NI acct (login via browser) and review all your registered products. Make sure the new bundle is actually listed there.

It is listed and I typed the serial number into NA- it accepted it but the Kontakt Bundle did not appear.

What do you see in Native Access - when you go here:

There will not be any special or obvious "bundle" show up - just a reference to Kontakt.

As you can see in my screencap - I do not have Kontakt 8 Full - so all I see is K8 Player.

You - having purchased the bundle - should simply see Kontakt 8 listed (which is Full)

Plus other stuff such as Maschine, Massive, Traktor etc

Looks right to me. And that is Kontakt 8 Full. If it was Player it would say so.

And remember there is no “update” You will see all three listed here regardless of what you buy or bought

That was there before I bought the update bundle. My Kontakt version was that version 6. I don't understand. I will have another look at this. I have to go now - and thank you for your time and patience. I'll post again tomorrow with an update on what's happening.
