What is this Email campaign?
Unreadable and insane. What is that font? What is that colour scheme? Do you just want to collapse in marketing? These have been the format of my emails for the last 18 months from you. Please get your sh together and yes, I accept your thanks. So what is your email marketing strategy?

that’s just weird, on my phone email it’s plain black text on white background. What email client are you using?
Edit - Just tried this on the standard Mac mail client, and on a webmail client and both looked ok

Those are some of your system fonts!
The email looks fine.
Note: Unless a specific font been chosen on purpose, e-mail clients use the system fonts from our systems.

Thank you very much for your replies. I am not really that grumpy. I actually thought everyone else was seeing what I was seeing😊 I am a graphic designer and have tons of fonts. I am very surprised that I had this one installed (see below) as it is of very little use unless my customer is a wood engraver. However it has the same name. My apologies to NI. who couldn't possibly have known. I spend plenty of money with them, but I do give them much angst
I have removed the offending doppelganger from my system and I am now seeing what you are seeing. Thanks again!!

No such issues on my end (Outlook on the web, Chrome):
(It's in German.)

I am using Outlook 365 on Windows 11. That is weird if I am the only one. None of my other email subscriptions look like this.

I'll check on Outlook later - are you using the installed version of Outlook? I think they call it New Outlook.

I think Outlook uses Edge for this kind of stuff…

I think it does for rendering yup. All looked OK in Outlook on my Windows box, so I have no idea where that layout came from!

Do we have any font experts who can investigate what font was supposed to be used, and what was displayed instead? 🤔

I answered that, above. Is a font from user's system. Even if you have it, i doubt that you would used it as system font.

By the way, the used font is 99% the Graphique-AR

The font within the css on the sent NI email is 'Graphik':
Weird that the local font being used in error is 'Graphique' based on @Sunborn post above, they're very similarly named. Can't be such a coincidence, surely.

This means that the code search for this first, but if it can't find it in the user's system, it moves on and use one of the others.
In my case (probably in most cases) i don't have that "Graphik" so the used font is the "Helvetica".

To make things more weird…
The "Graphik" font, does not look at all the same as the one in the OP's email!
But the "Graphique", does.

Maybe on the user's system there's a font installed named Graphik, which is actually Graphique…

Are you by any chance using 'Outlook dark mode' , if you are then try changing it to 'light mode' , at least for some then that has been an issue. Else apparently then there is a number of people that have experienced similar issues over time with a number of suggestions to attempt to fix and very often to no avail.
Outlook 365 on Windows 11 is that an app or something that opens n a browser web page ?
