Native access!

I'm new here and recently purchased a Maschine Mikro mk2 secondhand from CEX. I registered here within the couple of days to enable me to use motive access on my iMac late 2013 running catalina 10.15.7 with Intel Core i5.

However I can across an issue whereby there is no version for my macOS. I tried legacy files for older versions but led to a link which does not allow me to download as pop up says 'try again later, we have encountered requests for this download more than usual'.

So it resulted me in contacting support but no answer as yet.

Does none have any problems like me and have a possible solution to my particular problem.

Hello Citrus, I see that my colleague has already reached you back deregistering your product from the previous owner's account. Have you received that email or is it in the spam folder maybe? Do you need any further help? Please let us know.

That is the site where you got the download link? For me the download of Maschine 2.15.2 works. Don't forget to also load Maschine Factory Library 1.3.8

You will also need the matching version of Native Access for activation:

Hi maniac

Thanks for your reply and instruction to download appropriate native access, maschine 2 legacy file for my operating system. However I cannot open or use Maschine Factory Library 1.3.8 as my mac can't open file as to large. Note says contact support to help resolve this issue'.

That's now the only issue I'm having.

I'm about to contact support but to be honest they are very slow in responding.

Do u have any idea why I can't use it at this point? I need the library to work with mashine 2 and native access.

My device has been registered by previous user. I purchased this device secondhand and now in process of getting deregistered from the previous owners account.

So will give updates as and when my issue has been resolved.

Hi! Yes thanks I managed to register my second hand Maschine Mikro mk2.

However I've encountered another issue. For some reason or other, I cannot get sound. Yes I have researched how to sort audio setting in Maschine 2 and in my imac preference settings but no sound issue persists.

Also I have read that macOS catalina is no longer supported.

So if your aware of any work around or solution to my problem that would be very helpful.

Otherwise, I'm looking to part with it as this will be no use to me...
