Regardless - since he did not mention a DAW - until he does - suggestion auto-migration will be there for him - could be a tad misleading.

My DAW is Ableton live (V12)

And I realize i'm a bit off topic, sorry for that.

And to @Sunborn , yes I have Reaktor 6,part of Komplete 14 collector's édition.

It appears in Komplete Kontrol (but surprisingly without its original image, only a folder image is shown) but not in Kontakt 7.

So, if you have Ableton, do not follow my suggestion, until they fix this. And they will, sooner or later.

About Reaktor (and it's synths), Vocalpoint already answer to you.

Reaktor is an independent application and has nothing to do with Kontakt. You can not load it (or any of its synths) in Kontakt. You open it in Ableton as any other plugin.

The only VST2 instrument I have left (that I want to keep) is Absynth. I can get to it in Cubase, but if memory serves, not in Ableton Live.

All other VST2 libraries (in my DAW VST2 concatenations, that is) are either removed or kept empty.

I haven't reviewed my Maschine setup, but I'll probably just remove all VST2 from that too, whenever I get around to it.

So right now if I want to play an Absynth part, I will need to use Cubase to record the part; then copy/move the newly recorded audio track/file into an audio track for wherever else I might want to use it.
