Already been exactly 3 weeks since I last contacted support to link the software with the Maschine mk3 I bought on Reverb, could I get help?

one of the staff tried to help one week ago, but I haven't gotten a response since so I posted another community post
you need to contact support vis the support link , let me find a post I found detailing how to do it ,
I contacted them yesterday night and got a response this morning

read the post , where they list the steps and follow those ,
to start the chat after you’ve logged in and got to the account support part there’s a little box bottom right of the window .
Start it with the bot and have a photo of your receipt and hardware serial sticker ready , that will forward a msg to support and they should get back to you tomorrow
dawg, I sent that message to the support bot... 3 weeks ago. Hence why I posted this.
did you get a confirmation email with a ticket number, if not , check your junk mail , if there no msg start it again
I didn't get any confirmation email, I sent multiple chats, with photo proof of me buying the product second hand, 0 response
ok , this is what I got as soon as the ai chat finished , as I contacted them out of hours , I got a response from a person the following morning
no clue whats wrong, I dont get an email
ok , my advice would be to do it again , and see what happens

that post was a question, I continued the discussion in dms. He last responded trying to fix the problem on janurary 9th. He hasn't responded since.
