Kontrol s49 mk3 is stuck in Welcome add your serial number here
I have downloaded the hardware connection service I have also downloaded kontrol mk3 updater which would not let me update which tells me it's up to date I have had my kontroller now for two days and I have not used it yet. It will not come out of welcome add your serial number.

In Native Access, select Add serial, and enter your serial number as shown on the card in your product box and on the underside of the keyboard. It may take several minutes before your software is ready to be installed. You can check availability with the refresh button.

hi thanks for reaching out I have done as you suggested please see photo. I then closed everything down restarted again and it's just the same Welcome add your serial number here I don't understand it at all I have checked my account and everything is there all downloaded and registered. Thanks again ☹️

Thank you, I contacted NI customer care two days ago and I haven’t heard anything yet. It’s now 6 days since I registered it and obviously still not used it, very frustrating and annoying.

You should have received a ticket confirmation (also check spam email). Otherwise then I understand how frustrating this must be for you , but alas then N.I. support do not work weekends so that should also be taken into consideration when calculating response time.
