Maschine Software won't show up after Hardware registration

    Looks like I am now dealing with the same issue as everyone else. Bought a brand new MK3 and no license appeared for my newly registered hardware. I have to say the AI chatbot is irritating. I think I raised a ticket? I am unsure, the process is confusing.. I just want to speak to a real rep.

    i probably opened two or three tickets trying to be as clear as day


    "My Mikro MK3 serial number after being registered does not allow me to download the Maschine software, my OS meets the requirement
    I want to download the Maschine Software"

    but i probably am going to the third day without any solution :(
    can you help me to speed it up, please?

    This is ridiculous. This would be my second purchase of an Maschine MIKRO MK3 and I am trying desperately to just speak with a representative. This chat bot is awful, it told me it's connecting me with an agent and stopped replying. It's been 25 minutes and no update.

    What the heck is going on? Why am I even having to deal with this? Why would they sell me a brand new MIKRO MK3 and not provide me with the Maschine 3 DAW? This is irritating. I opened a ticket and still have not heard back from support. Native instruments please do better for your customers.

    Check your inbox. After a few minutes with no reply from the chatbot an email request is created, I can cofirm itis in there and my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible. And yes, we'll work on improving the chatbox and the whole contacting us topic early next year.

    Anybody else in the boat where they received their Maschine as a gift, registered the serial, no software in Access, submitted a ticket, and were told "We need an invoice #" ?

    It was ordered on Amazon, and the only information that Amazon gives is the Order #, which support says isn't enough info… but there is no further info besides purchase date. I can't be the only one in this scenario.

    Also… why make gift recipients have to go through this whole process & get the giver involved? That's a bad time for all parties…

    Hi! I'm also experiencing the same as the users above. Bought my Mikro MK3 second-hand. The seller kindly transferred the license but it only has Massive, Prism and Monark. No sign of Maschine :(

    I did send a message to support but I've yet to receive anything back

    Experiencing this extremely frustrating issue. Received the Mikro brand new from Guitar Center for Christmas. Registered and no Machine software in Native Access or on website. I have an unusable brick on my desk and no replies from support. I submitted on Christmas 2024 and now it's 2025 and all I've gotten is an acknowledgement the day I submitted through the chatbot. In anticipation of questions, I uploaded my dad's purchase confirmation and pictures of the SN on the device and included SN card. No response. This is horrible customer service. Looking at the thread, NI knew there was an issue with licensing for over a month before Christmas - this should have been resolved knowing there would be a surge of issues. They get 2 more days and it's getting returned for a Novation or Akai. 8 full days of waiting and nothing from NI.

    I have the same issue. Have been submitted more than 3 tickets. No solutions yet. Just want to use my maschine mk3. It is frustrating that’s it’s been more than 10 days and I’m still waiting for answers. I have tried everything on every forum, blog, YouTube video, etc. but in the end it seems a conflict between serials on my native access account and no one is available to help me after around 13 days.

    Jeremy, Are you kidding? Your link referenced above goes nowhere. This problem goes back to the spring and its still an issue. That is pure negligence.

    Thank Goodness I did not buy these 2 units directly from NI and I can go back to the retailer and return them if I have to.

    Hi brought a MK3 from amazon,

    Downloaded native access, downloaded all the apps.

    ended up purchasing maschine 3

    no application to use maschine 3

    please help me load this up.
