i cannot find the maschine 3 in native access

Hi, same problem here but with none of the transfer issues above. Just an Mp3 owner who upgraded from Maschine 2 to Maschine 3 and after 5 days later the license is not showing on NAaccess. Obviously did all the religion and uninstall/reinstall ******, entered the license by typing and nothing!

What a huge disappointment!
