Do you have Legacy software turned on in settings?

maschine 2 software doesn't appear in Native access.

After the register of the maschine mikro mk3 hardware

If what you have registered is a new Maschine then possibly depending on time of purchase what you might get could be Maschine 3 (not sure about that). But if it were a new purchase then Quote Jeremy_NI : There's an issue with certain serials not being released with Maschine hardware that were bought through retailers.

But first of all make sure that your operating system is supported:

If your OS is supported but still no Maschine 3 or supplements in Native Access then please get in touch with our support here:

I have Legacy software turned on in Native Access. The maschine mikro mk3 is second handed and the seller did a transfer of the license to me. It worked and I registered the product but the maschine 2 is not present in my application list of Native Access. My OS is suported. Thank you for your concern

If you've got the serial for the maschine 2 software, you can download/install the software manually — look up Legacy Installers Maschine 2. I was able to do that, but am waiting on support for the serial.

My Maschine was a gift, purchased new from Amazon, not even used/second-hand.

I received a glimmer of hope in this saga of a process, when after contacting support myself, being told they need a copy of the invoice from the person who gave me the Maschine as a gift, both of us contacting Amazon, the gift-giver contacting Amazon a second time and escalating to amazon product support, and then amazon utilizing a "contact vendor" option, I finally hear back from someone at NI on Friday morning. I responded to NI's request within an hour of receiving their message, and now it has been more than 2 days…

N.I. support do not work weekends + there is a sale going on meaning that a response might be delayed even when work days. Also I don't know how much is holidays around New Year but N.I. support do not work on holidays either.

Check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the Maschine 2 were indeed added to your account , if it is on account but does not appear in Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file ,look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , and if that still does not work then contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

If on the other hand the Maschine 2 software were not added to account then contact N.I. Account Support they can either add the product to account or tell you why they can/will not if for some reason the HW registration does not qualify for the software.

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

I just heard back from support 10 minutes ago, and the serial(s) were added to my account. It has been a journey, but it's finally done. I'm glad it didn't result in me having to return the gift/hardware. It was a close call, though.
