Looking at this from a different angle - what MIDI channel is Kontakt on in Logic? Does it align the channel setting in Kontakt?

@ccoursey52 No such bugs were reported, it looks more like a setu issue.
What happens in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Can you load, play and control the instruments?
Can you share a screenshot of your MIDI input preferences in Komplete Kontrol in standalone?
Do you use CleanMyMac?

Can't play the instruments in any app or plugin. Can't find a problem, in terms of library location or MIDI config.

Well, it looks like you need an installation specialist, that's why I'm forwarding you to them. I'm not a specialist, if I had any more tips or advice I would have shared them.
