Komplet Kontrol S-Series 49 mk2 does not appear in cubase
Hello, I have purchased a NI Komplet Kontrol S-Series 49 mk2 and once I have installed all the software and given full permissions to Native Instruments, as well as to Cubase on my Mac Sonoma, Cubase 13 does not show me the option to select Komplet Kontrol S-Series in the Studio Settings/Add Device.I have watched many videos on how to configure the keyboard and always, once NI Komplet Kontrol has installed the keyboard driver, all users are shown the device in the Cubase 13 Add Device options. What is happening to me? I have followed all the instructions I have exhausted all possible solutions.
At the moment I can only activate the keyboard from the Mackie Control protocol that appears in the add device, but this option is insufficient because buttons such as Solo, Mute and Mixer are not operational with this protocol on the keyboard and I am desperate.I need your help because with other DAWs everything works perfectly, for example, I have Ableton 12 and Komplet works perfectly, which means, I want to think, that there is some conflict between Cubase and Native Instruments.
I attach photos of my configuration, although the real problem is the lack of availability of the keyboard, as I said, in add device.
Thank you so much!

The error message suggests that you copied the Komplete Kontrol S-/AM Series.dll file to a wrong place on your computer. Please uninstrall everything and install again. Check these articles:

not sure if this issue was resolved.
Im also using kks49mk2 with cubase, but im on Windows 11 and updated to Cubase 13.0.51. I was encountering a bad image error code.
After trying multiple things , I ended up deleting the Komplete Kontrol S-/AM Series.dll files. Then used Native Access to download the Hardware Connection Service. After that, Komplete MK3 appeared in Cubase. selected it and regained DAW control integration.
The only issue is that I can't toggle between MIDI to plug-in using hardware. If I need to use the KKS49 with Maschine 2 within cubase, I would have to click keyboard icon in M2 software
