How do I filter the display in Native Access of apps I've purchased but not installed? Now when I go into NA I have a list of a bunch of apps I haven't bought. Before, I knew exactly what was mine and what wasn't. How can I make it so that I can see only what I really own, only what is available in Kontakt 14 Standard Ed., so that I can see what I have and what I have not installed. Thank you.

Can not say that I ever noticed that before (?) (A list of a bunch of apps that I haven't on account)

If you select Library and then Available then that ought to show what you have that is not installed , then if you select applications then that ought to give you the apps.

Native Access is a mirror of your NI acct. It is not possible to see anything in there - that you have not purchased.

As PoorFellow points out - you will see things you own but have never installed (yet).

This is just one example from my Available list, programs and add-ons that I have never purchased. I want to say that in previous versions of NA, I only had programs and add-ons in the list that I bought, or that are part of Komplete, and which I did not install. I'm just interested; how can I remove from the list programs that I haven't bought...? I hope you understand what I want to say :) Thanks!

I think I know what the problem is:
    360 Essentials Cancelled
    Your subscription expired on 04/20/2023

Two years ago it was called KOMPLETE NOW. I received a three-month trial period, which I used and then canceled. The programs that are part of that subscription, 360 Essentials are those programs that now appear in the list, and I get a message, see image:

How do I remove this from the serial number list?

You would need Ni Sales Support to dig into this one. Only they can edit your products etc.

Me too, ever since the "Now" subscription trial cancelled.
