Ok I already knew that, for example Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe is not on special offer, why is my voucher not accepted?
Well I just tried here, to purchase Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe and apply the voucher (for me in the UK it's HOLIDAY24-GBP) and it worked fine. Voucher accepted, discount applied.
Your user name suggests that you are in Italy, so why are you trying to use a code for US dollars?
Your code should be Euros
My voucher arrived in USD I thought it would convert automatically. Thanks a lot for the suggestion now I'll try in EURO. Kristian
This Voucher is useless.
They say: "We’re celebrating the holiday season with a 25,00 € voucher to spend on software of your choice. Simply find something you like and add your code to the checkout to save.* HOLIDAY24-EUR"
Unfortunately ALL "software of my choice" is not OK for the voucher. After wasting 20 minutes of my precious life I give in and read the (*) ****** and find out that it works only on full price items. Who in this universe buys full prive items? In a year end sale?!?
It's quite normal (in sales of any kind) that items which are already discounted do not qualify for an additional discount.
A lot of things here are already discounted, so you are not buying full price items.
Also if you apply the voucher to a qualifying product, again you are not buying a full price item.
