Maschine 3 not in Native Access

Does any one know how to open a ticket? The only option I can find is the chat and in the last 30 minutes I went from position 3 in the queue to position 7. That does not sound like a fair queue to me.

New Maschine MK3 registered in Native Access.
No Maschine 3 available or other software despite email from NI. Support not responding.
Returns not responding.
Website advertising Cyber Season which is rubbish as NI are taking money and not providing software.1 -

I have the exact same problem. Bought a maschine mk3 controller so i can use it in new software but it doesnt show up in NA even when it is registered in website and app. Using Latest Windows 10 64x
Do i need native access 2 for download or what?

@Jeremy_NI I made the mistake of creating 4 tickets, just because i wasn't getting any reply. Found out it slows the process, that being said I've had to really dig to get anywhere with this and it's starting to get frustrating.
