why has logic stopped recognizing the functions of the sequencer mode on my komplete kontrol a 49

hello community, i am new here, greetings. i have a komplete kontrol a 49- keyboard controller midi, but after various software updates,it stopped working partially in logic. more especifically, the secuencer mode, which allows basic functions such as recording, playing, n navigating the sequencer, has been completely disabled. i have tried everything, including formatting my computer n reinstalling everything from scratch to the latest versions, n the problem persist. it is as if logic no longer detects the controller when connected,except for basic midi functions.
